WHAT WE DO ?
We are not an early stage VC but we enter after a startup reaches to revenue to help it grow its revenue by our funding and consultancy.
HOW WE DO ?
We have two types of involvement:
A) non-stock involvement
As for type A, we support our client company financially for a period of 6-12 months. This will be after a short due diligence to ensure that the business of client company is able to bring profit.
Our privilege as compared to banks is that we are faster and we don’t get guarantees like real estate but we just get cheque of the company and the founder to ensure the return of our fund.
B) stock involvement
As for type B, we will enter into share structure of our client company (at most 40 percent) after a comprehensive due diligence and valuation. For type B, we strictly prefer companies who can go IPO within five years.
In spite of type A, here the scope of the company should be in the field of our expertise in order to help its growth not only by funding but also by consulting or assigning an appropriate board member. Our field of interest are:
